Kamal was instrumental in starting our company. His experiences and connections within Silicon Valley helped build the company and attract effective team members and investors. His long standing connections in India were key to establishing critical relationships for R & D, Manufacturing and supply chain partners.

Kamal’s leadership was quiet and confident. His commitment and support of the team was palpable. He
accomplished a rigorous meeting and travel schedule to move the company forward while simultaneously dealing with difficult health challenges. His work continued even from his hospital bed as he participated in company Zoom meetings.

He is no longer with us, but we are standing on the strong foundation he helped build and we are moving forward on the trajectory his leadership helped establish. Mr. Bobby Rekhi is now Chairman and
interim CEO.
